The name for Damon & Naomi's record label, 20/20/20, comes from the game "Careers", which they both played as kids. Players choose a profession (Ecology was a popular choice at the time), and any combination of points in three categories — Fame, Money, and Happiness — that sum to 60. First to reach their chosen goals wins.

The accumulation of points being random (roll of the dice), those who chose an even allotment of Fame, Money, and Happiness — 20/20/20 — won nearly every time. Turns out the young Damon and even younger Naomi each figured this out for the board game. They thought they should try it in the music business.
